Yes. SeQent integrates natively with Motorola MOTOTRBO digital radios and WAVE PTX, delivering text and text-to-speech audio alerts directly to the radios workers already carry, with no third-party middleware. Radio talk groups can also be reached through JPS interoperability devices.

Can alarms be acknowledged from the device?

Yes. Responders can acknowledge alarms from supported devices, including smartphones and MOTOTRBO radios, and every acknowledgment is logged with the time, the responder, and the device. Alarms that aren’t acknowledged escalate automatically to the next responder.

What happens if a delivery channel fails?

SeQent supports automated failover between delivery channels and multi-path delivery through distribution lists, so if a primary channel is unavailable the alarm still reaches the responder another way.
